BEFORE YOU PRINT

A few useful details.

Which spreadsheets and labels are supported?

Import CSV, XLSX or XLS files up to 20 MB and 10,000 rows. Choose Avery 5160/8160 (30 labels on US Letter), Avery 5163/8163 (10 labels), several thermal sizes, or a custom thermal size. Generate up to 10,000 labels per batch.

Does my inventory data leave my device?

File reading, spreadsheet parsing, images, barcode generation and PDF creation happen in your browser. We record tool-start and PDF-download events in Matomo on the production site. Those events contain no spreadsheet values, filenames, images or generated codes. Clear project resets your imported data; refreshing the page starts over.

How do I print labels at the right size?

Print the PDF at 100% or actual size; turn off fit-to-page and scaling. Match the paper size to your label stock. First test on plain paper, compare it against a label sheet, and scan a sample with your own scanner before a full batch. Printer margins and scanner capabilities vary.

Are the barcodes retail UPC or EAN codes?

This tool produces Code 128 symbols for your existing item IDs and QR codes containing the fields you choose. It does not assign retail identifiers or issue GS1 registrations. Preserve leading zeros in your spreadsheet and verify that your scanner supports the selected format.

Can I include product images or a logo?

Upload local PNG/JPEG/WebP images or a ZIP of images and match filenames to your item IDs. Image-capable templates can include matched images; logos use PNG or JPEG. This release does not fetch remote image URLs or extract pictures embedded in Excel.
