What needs attention
Each order has one primary risk driver. Additional investigation starts with the linked dependency—not a predictive score.

Revenue here means shipment value, not accounting recognition or cash collected. An unshipped order is not automatically at risk.

What these measures mean
This is a single fictional October snapshot. Forecast bars use scheduled shipment dates, not a statistical prediction. At-risk value is already included in the month outlook and is not added again. Backorders are unshipped orders with a promised date before Oct 21. Invoice aging is a point-in-time view that can include invoices from earlier months. RFQ values are potential opportunity, not booked orders. Performance goals are illustrative, not industry benchmarks. Business-unit selection updates every panel; chart selections filter the order investigation only.
